Small Schools Track Meet
May 1st beginning at 9:00 am at the Kingman High School Stadium
Multiple events for every grade level
Students must wear new blue with gold eagle Valentine Elementary School Shirt - Shirts will be given to students at the track meet
Lunch provided for students and volunteers
All students must remain with their teacher during the entire track meet
All spectators must remain in the stands during the track meet.
If you are not a volunteer to run an event, you must stay in the bleachers

Future Kindergarten parents/guardians are invited to an Orientation/Registration Night on Wednesday, April 30th, from 6:00 pm - 7:30 pm.
Child must be 5 years old on or before September 1st, 2025.
Come meet our Kindergarten teacher,Mrs. Radcliffe and learn about kindergarten expectations and experiences. We will have staff members available to assist with the registration process.
Required documents for registration:
Valid photo ID for parent/guardian
Child’s original birth certificate
Updated list of Immunizations
Custody Documents (if applicable)
Proof of Residency:
Deed, lease, or mortgage statement
Current utility bill (water, electric, or gas)
Two additional legal documents with current address
Proof of residency form (if the parent/guardian”s name is not on the deed, lease, or mortgage

Week-at- a-Glance April 28th - May 1st

The Science Fair Family Night scheduled for tonight at Valentine Elementary School has been canceled due to no water service at this time.

Week-at- a-Glance April 21st - April 24th

Happy Easter from Valentine Elementary School to our students, families, and community,

We will be holding an Easter Party for all the students in their houses in the gym on Thursday, April 17th from 2:30 pm – 3:15 pm.
If you would like to send in treats for the party, please send in 24 treats so that the entire house your student is in will be able to have a treat.
Please consider sending in healthy foods in place of sweet treats.
We will have egg hunts from 1:15 pm - 2:30 pm. Then students will come to the gym to participate in the celebration. Prizes will be awarded for finding the golden eggs in each hunt and for students how found the most eggs in each grade grouping.
Students will be dismissed from the gym.

Valentine Elementary School students will be taking required Arizona State Assessment Tests over the next few weeks. Please mark your calendars with the dates below. Students will be in testing sessions the entire day on these dates.
We will not be able to pull students out of testing sessions for appointments or other activities. Make sure your student is not scheduled for appointments or other activities on these dates.
Students who attend all testing dates will be entered into a drawing for a cash prize. Other prizes will also be awarded for student effort and achievement. Snacks will be provided each day of testing.

Week-at- a-Glance March 24th - March 27th

Wear your House Shirt on Thursdays to earn points toward a class pizza party. The class with the highest percentage of students wearing shirts for the month earns a pizza party.
