Have you completed your student's enrollment application yet?
Valentine Elementary School will be holding two final days of Last Chance Enrollment Assistance on Wednesday, July 5, and Thursday, July 6, from 4pm - 7pm.
Staff will be on hand to assist families with the changes to the application paperwork.
Do not miss out on this opportunity! Spaces in our classes are filling up quickly, and once seats in a room are taken, students will have to be placed on a waiting list.
Bring the following documents with you to make sure your student's application can be completed:
Copy of Certified Birth Certificate
Updated Immunization Records
Driver's License/State ID
Utility Bill with Physical Address of Residence
Proof of Shared Residence Documentation
